OK. I'm not THIS bad. I wouldn't force my friends to help my move on the subway instead of renting a truck, but it DOES look like it would be fun just for the stares.

Cheap-Ass Bastard tip of the day. If you DO need to rent a truck, check out Penske. As a certified CAB, I'm sure you already have a AAA card. Penske has quite a large AAA discount. Start the reservation online using your AAA discount, but don't actually finish it with your credit card. You'll receive a call shortly from them asking what happened. They will then offer you ANOTHER discount to finish the reservation over the phone. Double discounts are always great!
